Incredible frescoed ceilings, elegant common living room, and perfect location overlooking the cathedral. The hotel offers a range of facilities and warm hospitality, making it an excellent choice for discerning visitors.

Parking was such a breeze, I had a blast going round and round the block. So fun. Not.

I really got great value for my money at this B&B. The room was spacious and had a beautiful painted ceiling, antique furniture, and a balcony with a view of the cathedral. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by historic buildings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it felt like staying in someone's home with all the personal touches. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The breakfast selection could have been improved.

We both loved our stay Palazzo Il Cavaliere We were in Modica at the Palazzo for 2 nights,We were warmly welcomed by the family owners I parked the small car easy right outside. Entering the Palazzo is a bit like being in the Classic film Il Gattopardo, beautiful elegant and charming, the room was part of the plazzo with TV and shower with a very nice comfortble bed the great choice breakfast was served in the Gran Saloon with the best coissants I`ve had the pleasure of scoffing! with a wonderful veiw of the St George Dumo and Modica from the breakfast room. It is just at the start or the finish depending on how you enter Modica on the main road so easy to find. We were given a local map and told of many places to vist and advised of more pleasant return route .

This is a wonderful B&B, the rooms are very authentic, spacious en comfortable. The drawing room makes you feel right at home between a vast number of pictures of the family who owns this estate. Your host is very friendly and the main approach here is to make you comfortable and welcome instantly. The location of Palazzo II Cavaliere is right in the main street without being noisy and at a 2 minute walk from the main cathedral Chiesa di San Nicolo Inferiore and ofcourse the famous chocolate shops.

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience. It is located right on the main street of this city so it was very convenient to find. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was great with many options to choose from. I really appreciated the fact that I could park my car for free just outside the hotel. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and gave me recommendations for transportation and places to visit. The atmosphere was amazing as this hotel is a historical palace located in this city’s center, right next to its most famous church.

Spent Easter in a wonderful place! the panoramic views of the city were breathtaking and the breakfast was plentiful, with fresh pastries and delicious fruits. The location was key to our stay, as it was located within walking distance to all the important tourist sites and amenities. We also appreciated the free on-street parking, which made our stay even more pleasant.

No major downsides to our stay, although there was no elevator, which could be difficult for some guests with mobility issues. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent in some parts of the building.

I booked this b&b 3 days before my arrival, quite in a rush, as the hostel in another town where I wish to stay suddenly told me it was not available. I was worried about the booking but heard from the sales manager on the night to confirm my booking, which was such a relief. The b&b is on the second floor of a house located on the main road in Modica which is just a 2-minute's walk from the bus stop. The room I booked is a single room with comfy double bed and ensite bathroom. The house is by the main road but it is not noisy inside. The house was decorated in italian style and I was very impressed by the elegant living room. It was quite an enjoyment to have breakfasst there every morning, not to mention the variety of food provided. The family running the b&b lives the opposite to the side where the guests live, so it is easy to get help whenever you need help. Their hospitality is definitely one of the things that can bring me back.

Wifi available in the living room but may not be accessible in the rooms (at least not in my room at the far end of the corridor). But it is not a bother at all to stay in the louge and meet and talk to other guests.

Incredible location, breathtaking building with elegant rooms, delicious breakfast, and fantastic staff. But who needs English TV channels or Kleenex anyway?

Easter weekend at this charming B&B was great! We enjoyed the historic atmosphere, friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. The courtyard view from our room was beautiful, and the location was perfect – only a short distance from the main attractions and the bus station. Plus, the homemade pastries were a real treat.

The shower was a bit of a letdown. It was difficult to close initially, which made it challenging to use.

Family owned b&b, and the family are very friendly, and kind. Especially, the father and mother are very cute. I would like to stay there again someday.

I couldn't use Wifi at my room, but it is alright because I could use wifi at dining, and relax room.

Lovely, charming Bed and Breakfast with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. The host family was warm and hospitable. Modica was a wonderful little town and we were sad to have only stayed one day!
